Q: Has my order shipped or when will it be shipped?
A: If you place your order by 11:00 AM EST, we generally ship the same or next business day. If you place your order late Friday or over the weekend, it will not ship until Monday. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. We cannot ship orders on holidays when US postal service is closed. If you place your order 1-2 days before a holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes about 3-7 business days t receive your package. You will receive a tracking number with your order, so you can track the location on your order. Please be aware of time zone differences, and do not include weekends or holidays when calculating when your package will arrive. We are NOT responsible for errors or delays from the US Postal Service. Lost or missing packages, though rare, will need to be reported and investigated through USPS and before a refund can be processed. We cannot re-ship orders due to USPS loss or theft.
Q:What happens if you are out of stock on an item?
A: If we are out of stock on any of the items that you ordered, we will email you to let you know.
Q: I don't see the shipping charges in my cart?
A: Since UPS shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and your zip code, you must be logged in or registered to see your shipping charges and your address must be correct.
Q: I need to change my shipping address or I have entered in an incorrect address?
A: If your package has already shipped, the address cannot be changed. If you just placed your order, please email us at email@example.com right away so we can make the change before we ship out. Please include your order number in the email as well.
